A Scarce New England Antique Pewter Porringer Marked WN - SOLD

This "WN" initial New England Crown Handle Pewter Porringer is one of the scarcer varieties of initial porringers known by collectors.

The porringer is in very good condition. The bowl measures 4 5/8" in diameter. The cast initials are very distinct in the casting. The linen mark is very distinct.

We have had few examples of these in the past 40 years and are pleased to be able to offer this example.
