An Ashbil Griswold Pewter Plate

This pewter plate was made by Ashbil Griswold of Meriden Connecticut working 1808-1830's

This plate measures 7 13/16" In diameter and is in very good condition. It does show use. The touchmarks on this example are about a complete impressions of the touch as one is likely to encounter.

The size of the die made it difficult to get full impressions.
