A Scottish Domestic Pint Pewter Mug by James Moyes - SOLD

A pint taper sided Scottish Domestic mug by James Moyes from Edinburgh 1851-1891. This is a very “sturdy” mug with thick walls on the body and base. The “S” curved handle has a decorative modified ball terminal. The base as a distinct flare in its design. The touch is clearly struck inside in incised circle on the inside bottom of the mug. A very attractive pub mug.

The mug is 4 ¾” tall the top diameter is 3 11/16” and the bottom diameter is 4 3/16”
